Banana Milkshake Recipe
This recipe will make two to three glasses of delicious (and healthy) banana milkshake.
2 Ripe bananas
1/2 Pint of milk
Ground nutmeg
Break the banana into pieces and put in a blender. Blend.
Pour in the milk and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve cold.
Strawberry and banana milkshake:
Follow the instructions above for the milkshake but leave out the nutmeg. De-stalk 8 oz of strawberries and blend with the other ingredients.
Chocolate and banana milkshake:
Follow the recipe above, but use 1/2 pint of chocolate milk instead. Add 2-3 scoops of vanilla icecream before blending.
