210ml of warm water
Olive Oil

Olive Oil

Sieve the flour into a bowl and stir in the dried yeast.
Pour in 210ml of warm water and add 1 and half tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix well to the dough forms a ball.
Sprinkle a little flour over the work surface and knead dough for about 10 minutes, until the mixture is smooth.
Put the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film. Leave somewhere warm for an hour, until the yeast has doubled in size.
While the dough is rising, prepare the sauce. Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl and stir. If prefered, use a blender to mix the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
Once the dough has risen, re-knead it for 2-3 minutes.
Split the dough in half and roll out into two pizzas.
Spread the sauce over the two bases. Add cheese and any other toppings.
Bake for around 30 minutes at 180C.
